New Chairman of the Board, Retirement, and Fresh Board Members Mark a New Chapter for the Company.
As of September 1st, 2025, Veng System A/S has completed a planned and successful generational transition, marking the beginning of a new leadership phase in the company's development.
Ulla Primdahl Veng has chosen to step down as Chair of the Board. The Board extends its sincere gratitude to Ulla for her many years of dedicated service and significant contributions to the strategic and organizational development of the company – particularly in connection with the generational transition.
Following her departure, Peter Katholm takes over as the new Chairman of the Board. With a strong commercial background and many years of experience at the executive level, Peter brings valuable expertise in strategy, business development, and internationalization. His competencies are expected to support Veng System’s continued growth and strengthen its position in the market.
At the same time, Niels Veng has decided to retire after a long and dedicated career, during which he has been a pioneer in air and climate technology for livestock housing. Niels leaves a lasting legacy with his innovative approach – from emission measurements and biosecurity to the development of intelligent heat lamps. Veng
System A/S extends its deep thanks to Niels for his exceptional contribution and great passion over the years. Niels Veng will also step down from the Board of Directors.
As a natural part of the generational transition, Carsten Møller Jensen will now assume responsibility for Niels Veng’s former areas of work. Carsten has been with the company since 2022 as Director of Development and Production and brings solid experience from, among others, B&O, Dantherm Air Handling, and Ballard Power
Systems.
Finally, we are proud to announce that Rune Q. Nielsen has joined the Board of Directors following Niels Veng’s departure. Rune is the owner and director of RN Solutions and has extensive experience in the pig and poultry sectors. His respected commitment to agriculture and practical insights will undoubtedly benefit both Veng System A/S and the company’s customers.
